High School Adjunct Instructor
About
The High School Adjunct Instructor certificate provides a course of study leading to the development of the general pedagogy and competencies needed to become an adjunct instructor in a public high school in North Carolina. Course work includes classroom management and pedagogy, effective instructional methods, foundations of education, educational technology, and other related topics. Graduates of this program should be prepared to teach in a high school setting and provide instruction in core academic subjects, fine and performing arts, or foreign language in the individual’s area of specialized knowledge or work experience.
