Stanly Community College, established in 1971, is a distinguished institution within the N.C. Community College System. Situated on a sprawling 138-acre main campus in the vibrant city of Albemarle, North Carolina, SCC serves as a beacon of educational excellence in the region. Complementing its main campus, SCC proudly hosts three secondary campuses: the Basic Law Enforcement Training Center and Small Business Center in Albemarle and the Crutchfield Education Center in Locust, NC. At Stanly Community College, we are committed to providing a comprehensive array of educational opportunities to our students including allied health, public services, business, technology, advanced manufacturing, and trades programs. We offer two-year associate degrees that lay the foundation for academic and professional success, as well as a diverse range of certification, diploma, and continuing education programs designed to meet the unique needs of our community.
