State Board of Proprietary Schools will meet Nov. 2

RALEIGH – The State Board of Proprietary Schools will meet on Friday, November 2, at 10 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at the North Carolina Community College System Office, 200 W. Jones St.

Proprietary schools are for-profit businesses that provide vocational education and training. Under Article 8, Chapter 115D of the North Carolina General Statutes, the State Board of Community Colleges, acting by and through the State Board of Proprietary Schools, licenses proprietary schools in North Carolina.
