State Board of Proprietary Schools to hold special meeting April 5

RALEIGH – The State Board of Proprietary Schools will hold a special meeting Friday, April 5, at 11 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and will take place at 5400 S. Miami Blvd., Suite 140, in Durham.

Proprietary schools are for-profit businesses that provide vocational education and training. Under Article 8, Chapter 115D of the North Carolina General Statutes, the State Board of Community Colleges, acting by and through the State Board of Proprietary Schools, licenses proprietary schools in North Carolina.
