Halifax Community College allowed me to explore a career that many people don’t know about, the lab. The medical field has so many avenues to pursue but the technical skills involved in being a Medical Laboratory Technician lured me in to explore more about it. I was pleased with the information I was given. Mainly because it clarified what to expect in this career, I felt like I really knew what I was getting myself into. The MLT instructors were attentive to my needs to help me be successful; in fact, they took the time to make sure I truly understood what I was learning in class. Thank you, HCC, for employing awesome instructors and staff that puts my success as a priority.
