The Virtual DEIB World Café is an engaging and interactive online session designed to facilitate meaningful conversations around key Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) topics in a virtual environment. Participants will join small group discussions in breakout rooms, where they will explore various DEIB themes and challenges. Each breakout room will focus on a different aspect of DEIB, allowing participants to rotate through multiple discussions and share diverse perspectives. The virtual format enables global participation, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and best practices across different contexts and industries. This session leverages digital tools to create a dynamic, collaborative space where attendees can collectively generate innovative solutions and strategies to advance DEIB in their organizations. Whether you’re new to DEIB or a seasoned practitioner, the Virtual DEIB World Café offers an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in an inclusive and accessible setting.
