We will define each element, explore its significance in fostering an inclusive environment, and discuss the historical context and evolution of DEIB work. Participants will engage in discussions and activities designed to deepen their understanding of how DEIB principles can be applied to create more equitable and inclusive spaces. Whether you are new to DEIB or seeking to strengthen your knowledge, this session will equip you with the essential tools to begin or enhance your DEIB journey.
