Equity in Action is a hands-on session focused on translating DEIB principles into practical strategies and actions. Participants will learn how to assess and address inequities within their organizations and communities through real-world examples and case studies. This session will cover topics such as creating equitable policies, fostering inclusive leadership, and implementing programs that support underrepresented groups. Attendees will leave with actionable steps to drive equity-focused change, ensuring that their DEIB efforts lead to meaningful and measurable outcomes.
