NC FAST Training Program (HSE-3220 & HRD-4000)
North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) is a program designed to improve the way the NC Department of Health and Human Services and county departments of social services do business.
- HSE-3220: Income Maintenance Caseworker - NC FAST
- HRD-4000: Human Service Exploration: DSS Casework
Starting January 2025, HRD 4000 and HSE 3220 will feature a new, enhanced curriculum designed to better prepare students for success in human services casework.
Effective May 2025, all colleges are required to transition to the updated 2025 curriculum materials for HRD 4000 and HSE 3220.
