Part-Time Temporary Evening/Weekend Coordinator, Continuing Education

Must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years experience. Ability to work with adults, ability to make sound decisions using critical thinking skills, and ability to communicate both orally and in writing. Must have transportation for off-campus travel. Must be available to work on alternating weekdays from 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., and every other Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Prior experience in educational setting, preferred.

Responsible for providing information and institutional support in the Division of Continuing Education. Monitor evening and weekend classroom activities both on and off campus, provide supervision and support services for part-time instructors, assist with course registration procedures, collect fees, and administer end-of-course evaluations. Deliver a high standard of customer service. Hours are weekdays from 5:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. and every other Saturday from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Salary: $20.00 per hour.

Start Date: July 29, 2024.

Closing Date: July 8, 2024, or open until filled.
