Full-Time Permanent Assistant Maintenance Technician- Painter

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid North Carolina Driver’s License. Candidate must have the ability to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and a 40′ articulating lift.

Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled building and maintenance tasks relating to the renovation, upkeep and operation of campus buildings and facilities.

Perform painting, framing, flooring, hang and finish sheetrock, lighting, plumbing, HVAC and other skilled and semi-skilled tasks.

Closing Date: July 2, 2024, or open until filled.
Start Date: July 16, 2024.
Standard Working Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $2,650.00 per month.
